My palms were raised to see if there was any obstruction in my throat preventing me from breathing. It occurred to me it was just the dream that startled me. As one was walking away, I was screaming, attempting to emit a sound with only the feeling of a large ball pressing down on my neck and nothing coming out. A message was struggling to be conveyed, one blocked by something beyond my own comprehension.
